Good NEWS📣- The Burns Family will be going home tomorrow with Baby Brock!!🥳🙌🙌 We have the weekend protocol lined up, and are GOOD TO GO FOR, MONDAY the 26th, MEALS to start!!🏁 ✨Just a REMINDER, please no small children😷😘, be ready to scrub in💦🦠🧫🚫, AND take Mama Rachel's lead on if there will be holding of Brock👼. They've been through a lot of hoops to get him home in wellness, and want to transition to home life smoothly. What a fun night of trivia , who knew that there was so much “knowledge “ at Horizon! Congratulations to the Boondoggle Banchee's team!

We hope you all are planning to come to our Trivia Night this Saturday, 8/10, at 6:00 pm. It will be at the Dameron’s, 2005 Overland Dr. Leander. Make sure to invite a guest! We left Leander Monday morning excited to see God show up and work in the lives of 7 teens and ourselves. We were not 100% sure where all of these students stood in their relationship with God. It’s SO exciting to say that we will be leaving Brownwood shortly with all of these amazing teens having a relationship with Jesus as 3 of them have accepted Jesus as their Savior. This has definitely been one of the best years of camp! These kids are amazing and we are so blessed to be a part of their lives. To the parents-We love each and every one of your kids and we are thankful that you allow us to be a part of their lives. Thank you for sharing them!!

Amanda Hammock's baby arrived a couple days ago! Instead of a shower at the church, we will take over any gifts and love to her Sunday afternoon. She said any guests are welcomed as well. Congratulations to Amanda Hammock on the birth of baby girl, Hadley. She was born this evening and weighed 6lbs 15oz. Also, congratulations to the happy grandparents, Jackie and Lisa Marchman.

Headed to Heart of Texas Baptist Encampment for Intensity 2019 with a great group of teens! Leaving behind some amazing parents. Looking forward to seeing God work in all of our lives.

God showed up in amazing ways today at Horizon! He is risen! He is risen indeed!

For those coming to our 10:30 service, please send your Easter baskets with your child(ren) as we will be walking them straight from the classrooms to the lawn out front for the egg hunt where you will meet them! 😊

We had a youth activity this afternoon/evening and the teens hid eggs in the younger kids yards for them to hunt and we left a note and an empty egg as a reminder of the empty tomb, for He Has Risen! Dustina Gunn Warner so graciously sent me this video of Petra and her friend hunting the eggs so I wanted to share. It was great to see the teens serving our younger kids!
